Styling wedding is our specialist areas of expertise and by booking Elegant Events of Staffordshire to take care of your styling, you’re making an investment in the biggest day of your life. As well as hiring the physical items, you’re capitalising in our creativity, passion and knowledge to deliver the vision of your dreams. We want to exceed your expectations and leave you with the biggest smile on the day and your guests wowed.

Your Investment

Up to 60 Guests - £635

(based on 6 round tables plus a top table)

Up to 100 Guests - £805

(based on 8 tables plus a top table)

Should you have more than 60 guests our package can be adjusted to reflect the additional guests. The number of guests is based on round tables seating up to 10 guests and a top table.

Prices for 6ft trestle tables are higher as a maximum of only 6 guests can be seated so more tables will be required to seat the same number of guests and additional styling items required. In addition, a travel charge will be added to the package price if outside our 15-mile radius of WS12. Please ask for further details.

Included in your package is a complimentary consultation which, also includes a visit to the venue itself.  If you wish to take advantage of our trialling service to see your gorgeous table setting, an addition fee will be payable.

Your investment and what it includes:

Welcome Sign and Easel– A great way to welcome your guests. Your sign will sit on one of our attractive easels. You have a choice of designs printed on an A1 sized eco-printed card, that’s yours to keep as a memory of your day. Upgrade Option; Do you love clean modern design? Then why not choose to upgrade to our luxury linen range of welcome signs and stand. See your names, dates and a welcome message, or whatever you desire!  printed on crisp white linen fabric flowing from a contemporary black stand or why not try our ornate gold mirror with your own personalisation.

Post Box– Our Victorian style wedding post box is ideal for receiving those precious wedding cards and monetary gifts during your wedding reception. We will decorate our post box with a colour coordinated taffeta bow.

Chair Dressing – Whatever style of chair you have, we can dress it! For traditional banqueting chairs you’ll get a white chair cover and a single sash of organza or taffeta available in a range of colours. For Chiavari or crossback style chairs, you can choose a sash made from taffeta or organza in a choice of your choosing. Upgrade options are available if you’d like chiffon or linen drapes or double sashes with chair covers. You can also add embellishments such as brooches, or fresh foliage. We don’t include these as standard, as not every couple wants them.

Table runners – Runners are a great way to add a splash of colour to your guest tables. All our runners are available in the same colours and fabrics as our sashes and drapes so everything is coordinated. Upgrade options are available if you’d like chiffon or linen to add texture to your design.

Centrepieces – Choose from a trio of differing height glass vases, copper lanterns or tall clear glass vases. All of our centrepieces come with a display mirror base. All you need to do is add candles, or fresh flowers and foliage. Floral upgrades are available if you’d like us to dress your chosen centrepieces. All of our centrepieces come with 6 votives and tealights candles in speckled gold, silver or clear glass.

Table numbers and stands – You have the choice of frosted or white acrylic table numbers supplied with stands, or why not have the same design as your welcome sign printed to display on each table. Upgrade options are available from our range of luxury table number stands available in silver, gold and diamond stand, so if you’re having your own cards made, then we can still display them beautifully for you. Alternatively, why not upgrade to our popular floating gold frames, which open up so we can add a sprig of foliage, or perhaps you would like to add a personal photograph or table name.    

Table Plan – Show your guests where they’ll be sitting!  Coordinate your table plan with your chosen welcome sign design. Printed on eco-printed card it will come supplied with one of our beautiful easels to display it on. Upgrade option; Choose our gold ornate mirror to display pretty printed cards that show your guests which table they are sitting on. Alternatively, upgrade to a personalised table plan created with white vinyl on one of our stunning mirrors or choose an elegant linen table plan. See all of your guest names printed on crisp white linen. This option includes a contemporary black stand.
