As well as hiring the physical items, you’re capitalising in our creativity, passion and knowledge to deliver the vision of your dreams. Up to 60 Guests - £2860
(based on 6 round tables plus a top table)
Up to 100 Guests - £3185
(based on 10 tables plus a top table)
Should your guest numbers be different, our package price can be adjusted to reflect this. The number of guests is based on round tables seating up to 10 guests and a top table.
Prices for 6ft trestle tables are higher as a maximum of only 6 guests can be seated so more tables will be required to seat the same number of guests and additional styling items required. In addition, a travel charge will be added to the package price if outside our 15-mile radius of WS12. Please ask for further details.
Included in your package is a complimentary consultation which, also includes a visit to the venue itself. If you wish to take advantage of our trialling service to see your gorgeous table setting, an addition fee will be payable.
This is our ‘kitchen sink’ wedding decor package for the couples that want it all! It includes everything you need to style your venue from start to finish and is perfect if you’re looking for that WOW factor!
It’s super flexible too and comes with lots of options and choices, so you still get our bespoke styling experience. You get to choose all the items and details you want to create your dream wedding decor, and it can be tweaked to suit too. So, if it includes an item that you don’t really want, but there’s something else that you would prefer, then just ask about swapping. As long as they’re of a similar value, it’s not a problem and if they’re not, then we can still work something out for you!
I’ve included a LOT in the package, but if you want more, or to personalise certain elements, then we can add these things on for you too at an extra cost. It’s all completely customisable to give you the bespoke wedding styling that you’re after. All you need to do is ask!
Your investment and what it includes:
Entrance Display and Welcome Sign– A stunning display that sets the scene and gives your guests a sneak peek of what’s to come! Your sign will be personalised with your names, date and welcome message or whatever you desire! You can choose from a beautiful ornated mirror, frosted acrylic sign or our luxury crisp white linen sign. We will also include an attractive easel or our contemporary black frame stand adorned with fresh foliage. The sign will be styled with gorgeous decorative accessories such as chiffon drapes, lanterns, or floating candle sets, the choice is yours!
Post Boxes– Choose from our Victorian style post box dressed with a colour coordinated bow or a contemporary house shaped terrarium, crafted from metal and glass both are ideal for receiving those precious wedding cards and monetary gifts during your wedding reception. To elevate your gift table further we will style around the post box and the rest of the table to compliment the rest of your decor and give your guest book and gifts a pretty place to sit too!
Chair Dressing – Whatever style of chair you have, we can dress it! If you have traditional banqueting chairs, why not dress them with a cover and chair sash tied in a variety of styles and textures from silk, satin, taffeta, linen, chiffon. If you have Chiavari or crossback style chairs then, why not choose a colour coordinated vertical drape from our range of fabrics tied with a silk ribbon or why not add a beautiful chair brooch to complement your style. If that’s not your style then why not dress your chairs with a sprig of fresh foliage. Upgrade options are available if you’d like double chiffon drapes or chiffon waterfall chair drapes.
Table Runners and Mirror Displays – Runners are a great way to add a splash of colour to your guest tables. All our runners are available in the same colours and fabrics as our chair sashes and drapes so everything is coordinated. If your style is complimented by a display mirror then why not take advantage of our large display mirrors to display your stunning centrepieces.
Centrepieces and Decorative Accessories – Choose from our complete range of centrepieces. In addition to your centrepieces, choose from a selection of votives in a variety of finishes including; speckled gold & silver, crystal, natural silver, clear or powder pink. To add extra flair to your centrepieces you have the choice to add up to 6 candlesticks supplied with ivory candles in gold, black or silver finishes. Upgrade options include coloured candles for a small additional charge or why not upgrade to our huge statement Grand Crystal Candelabras (only 2 available).
Table Numbers and Stands – We have a lovely range of table numbers, that include gold glass frames, which open up so we can add a sprig of foliage, or perhaps you would like to add a personal photograph or table name. We also have frosted and white acrylic table numbers and stands. If you’re looking for sparkle, choose our mirror frame table numbers which we can personalise any way you want! Or if glamour is your style, then our diamond table number will be right up your street, just add a table number or name of your choice. If you’re looking for elegant and traditional, then take a peek at our beautiful gold and silver table number holders to which, we can add personalised numbers or names for your tables.
Charger Plates and Napkins– Take your place setting to the next level with our exquisite gold or silver beaded glass charger plates. To set the style and a splash of colour, add a coloured cotton or linen napkin to coordinate with your chair sashes or drapes. The final finesse will also include a choice of napkin rings.
Wedding Breakfast Menus– Give each guest their own personal wedding breakfast menu. Choose from a range of styles and designs. These look fabulous when laid on top of the napkin or charger plate and really add that personal touch.
Glassware Styling– Our beautiful range of champagne and wine glasses are packed with style. Each glass is finished with either a gold or silver decorated rim. All you need to do is choose the colour!
Table Plan and Styling – Show your guests where they’ll be sitting! With one of our beautiful easels, why not let us create a personalised table plan on one of our stunning mirrors or choose our luxury linen table plan. See all of your guest names printed on crisp white linen floating from a contemporary black stand. We will style your table plan with the same gorgeous accessories that you choose for your welcome sign.
Cake Table Styling – Some venues have gorgeous tables to display your cake on and some just pop them on a white tablecloth, which can look a little sad and forgotten. Choose from a traditional cake stand or a glamorous hexagon mirror cake stand to display your wedding cake. We will style the table with small extra touches to compliment the rest of your decor and give it some love and attention too. We promise not to overshadow your gorgeous cake!
Blanket and Spa Slipper Stand-Use our attractive white wrought iron stand and baskets to display your blankets and spa slippers. This is really popular with guests and is truly appreciated by all guests with tired aching feet! The stand comes with frosted gold scripted signs for blankets and slippers.
Topiary-Why not enhance your room or entrance décor with our range of topiary. All of our topiary comes supplied with either planters or pots and are dressed at their bases with fresh Gypsophilia. Our silk Bay trees, come dressed with a colour coordinated bow and our triple silk Ivy Balls are illuminated with pretty lights. We have high quality Rose Bushes in pink, yellow and red. These are not the typical artificial types that you see at many events. We have seen guests trying to smell their scent! You have a choice of 2 items as part of your gold package.
Statement Piece –And finally, your choice of one of our statement items! Try our white backdrop dressed with fresh foliage accents or our glamorous and stylish hanging glass Chandelier or go natural with our fresh Bay Leaf Moon arch. You can also add chiffon draping or extra styling accessories to these at an additional cost. If you want more than one of these, then you can add extra ones at a specially discounted rate, so just ask.
Phew – you made it! I told you that there was a lot in there and it’s all designed to give you your dream wedding decor. I’ve purposely not included styling specifically for the ceremony as not everyone has their wedding at their venue. However, we can add that for you too if it’s something you’d like.
